Militants attack checkpoint in Somalia's Puntland, seven dead

BOSASO, Somalia (Reuters) - Islamist al Shabaab militants attacked a checkpoint in Somalia's semi-autonomous Puntland region, killing at least seven people in the early hours of Monday, police said.
